The City of Konawa operated a wastewater treatment plant for the wastewater collection system for it's citizens.

Items Required:

                $50.00 Deposit Required

                HUD 1 Closing Statement or Copy of Lease/Rental Agreement

                Note:  

                        All homes that are leased/rent will require an inspection prior to the water being turned on

 Sewer Rates.

(1)        Residential Sewer Rate

            $16.00 minimum for the first 1,000 gallons of water used;

            $5.25 per 1,000 gallons for the next 4,000 gallons of water used;

            $6.10 per 1,000 gallons for all over 5,000 gallons of water used.

(2)               Commercial Sewer Rate

            $22.00 minimum for the first 1,000 gallons of water used;

            $5.25 per 1,000 gallons for the next 4,000 gallons of water used;

$6.10 per 1,000 gallons for all over 5,000 gallons of water used

(3)               Residences having their own water wells shall be charged a flat rate of  Twenty One Dollars and Twenty Five Cents ($21.25) for sewer usage.
