The sponsor (group or individual) shall be at least 21 years
of age, is responsible and will be held liable for the conduct of all
persons in attendance and for the orderliness and any damages to the
buildings or contents.

No signs or decorations may be attached to walls or ceilings
with nails, staples, tape or other from of attaching device. All
decorations must be approved by the building maintenance worker.

Smoking, consumption of alcohol, pets (except service
animals) and gambling (except bingo) are prohibited.

Minors must have adult supervision at all times.

At the conclusion of the scheduled function, the doors must
be locked and key returned to Konawa City Hall. Sponsor will be
assessed $10 fee for any lost key.

All trash and garbage shall be removed to the outside
garbage container, located outside the north door.

The city reserves the right to prohibit any person or group
from using the building if any city codes or charter violations have
occurred or anticipated. The city reserves the right to enter the
building at any time to assure compliance of any Codes and charter
guidelines.

The sponsor agrees to hold the City of Konawa harmless from
any claim made by any person(s), group or corporation arising from any
incident occurring or promised on the use of the rented facility by sponsor.

The sponsor and participant shall leave the building at the
scheduled tie of their agreement. There is an 11 p.m. curfew extended
only by special permission of the City Clerk or Police Chief.

Keys may not be duplicated by anyone without prior approval
of the City Clerk.

Per fire code the capacity of the building is 400 persons.

The sponsor and participants agree to abide by all state and
municipal laws during this agreement.

Do not dispose of coffee grounds in the sink.

The stove, refrigerator and counters shall be cleaned and
the floor swept clean or dirt and soils.

Any youth function shall have a minimum of one adult per 20
students.
-
Any individual or group is subject to ejection for
disruptive or destructive behavior. They may be denied further use of
the building for such acts.

A deposit of $100 will be required for each rental.
The deposit will guarantee proper cleanup and use of the facility. The
deposit will be a separate check or cash, to be returned upon inspections by
the City of Konawa authorized personnel to verify this policy has been met.

City employees will be able to use the building at no cost
only at times when no one has the building rented.

Any exceptions to this policy must be approved by the City
Manager.
